I have a huge passion for sharing yoga with everyone. I think everyone deserves to treat their body and mind with yoga, and I promise you don’t have to be a vegan tree hugger to do it (a common misconception I know!)
As I’ve travelled on my own yoga journey I’ve realised how passionately I feel about yoga becoming inclusive for everyone, so I set about creating online live and recorded classes where people from all over the world can join me for their own yoga journey. I also lead a variety of classes in Milton Keynes and St. Albans, so check out my Classes page for my details. I can’t wait to meet some of you face to face and work on our yoga practise together!
After training under Path4Life in 2014 I qualified as a yoga instructor with a wide range of yoga styles, including Hatha, Kundalini and Flow Yoga. I later qualified once more at Strala Yoga in New York under the amazing Tara Stiles. Strala is known for its laid-back, energetic and open vibe where we move with ease and enjoyment. I continue to develop my style with further training, including Restorative, so I hope to be bring you a wide range of classes.
I look forward to sharing this journey with you and hopefully bringing as many of you as I can along for the ride. You will find all kinds of formats available to help bring some a fun, energetic and relaxed style of yoga right to your home.

These classes are fun and relaxed, and you can choose the class style and time that best suits you. The fantastic thing about these classes is you can do them wherever you like, in a setting that suits you. In your pyjamas – that’s fine! If you are new to yoga you don’t have to worry about anyone else, this is your yoga journey and I will help you take the first steps to a more relaxed, strong and flexible you. If you already have some yoga experience, why not try a different style of class and expand your own practise.
I love to practise yoga outdoors as much as I can. With a background in environmental education I have a huge passion for wildlife and conservation and love to include it in my practice as much as possible!
Remember, yoga is not about touching your toes; it’s about what you learn on the way down!
